Machine Description
The CCS Loader is an automatic horizontal feeding system designed to provide continuous, uniform material supply to Rag Tearing machines. It includes an inlet storeroom with level monitoring, a horizontal conveyor accumulator, and a vertical lattice with pins that unloads material into a chute with compaction and dual delivery cylinders.
The system supports web thickness regulation and speed variation to optimize feeding consistency. Fully automatic controls and maintenance access ensure smooth, efficient operation with minimal manual input.
