Machine Description
The BALE PRESS PF is a vertical double baling press designed for compacting textile fibers into dense bales at the end of recycling lines. Material is fed via a pneumatic condenser or conveyor belt into a 4-meter accumulator. The tramper uses a double-acting hydraulic cylinder to compress fibers, repeating the cycle until the desired density is reached. Final pressing is done by a hydraulic cylinder with PVC-coated pressing plates for improved bale appearance.
The press boxes are made from reinforced welded steel and hydraulically lifted and rotated by a smooth hydraulic system, allowing easy bale wrapping and strapping. The hydraulic unit features internationally standardized valves and flexible piping to reduce vibrations and ensure smooth operation.
